PARTY TREND: SPOOKY CHIC

We're here for the boos, how 'bout you? Let's get cheeky with our DIY Halloween party pumpkins and all the pretties.

Witch, please...plain ol orange pumpkins are oh so last year. Spray paint pumpkins in the bright, neon hues from fashion week runways, and then sticker with fun, cheeky sayings. Here for the Boos, Squad Goals, and all your favorite slang, boo thang.

Mantles make great focal points in your home - so dress them up for the holiday. Layer and stack mini jack o littles with mini tiger stripe pumpkins - choosing larger squatty bases and smaller, stemmed "tops". Add in fresh florals in apricot and blush, and candles for the finishing touch.

Swoon. Painted pumpkins don't stop at cheeky slang. Paint pumpkins metallic gold, then hollow out for the perfect floral vase. How gorgeous are the bright apple greens with autumn pastels?

Mini painted pumpkins make the perfect favors at each placesetting, non?

Ombre pumpkins? Yep, we love those too. So we painted four soft, sherbety colors from blush pink to apricot to hot pink and placed them down the table, with flickering, romantic crystal candlesticks and votives.

Let's get batty...cut out bat shapes from apricot and blush pink cardstock. Fold wings to give a 3d effect, and pin or tape them to your wall for bright, cheerful critter decor.

Need a few last minute costume ideas? Think woodlands - a deer and a lumberjack.

Better yet - mums bae love as Dia de los Muertos and cactus. Precious Mariah, and Ace.

Meow...we love when sweet kitty babies come to visit - and plan their first birthday soiree!

And yes please, bring all the halloween rescue pups over, beautiful sisters.

Our sun and our moon - Rachael and Tay - so fitting!

Our disco ball, Ang, who makes our studio and loft weekends run smooth as silk.

And winning best costume the entire party - may we present the Popes. Pope Pup really took the cake.

Britney Spears school girl style is always a good idea...

A queen bee, a bumble bee and Cardi Bee walk into a party...and they win most creative costume!

Diy costume awards are as easy as cupcake wrappers and printed tags, layered with silk ribbons and patterned paper "ribbon" tails.

Gold painted pumpkins make perfect ice buckets too - especially when filled with our favorite Day Owl Rosé, fresh from California.

Style up a Halloween sweets bar with cakes, macaron topiary, cookies, cupcakes and more.

Teeny tiny blush pink marzipan pumpkins? Yes please.

When ordering sweets from your bakery (we love Toni Patisserie), share your party color palette to coordinate sweets and icings to the florals, decor and stationery.

Caramel Corn Cakes: our new obsession.

Jack o Lantern Macs...have you ever? We love.

Last, make the party pop with a fun, interactive photo booth. Dress the background wall with oversize fringe crepe paper twists, balloons, ribbons and more. Thank you Flashy Booth.

Cheers to a happy halloween - be sure to share your favorite costumes and photos - we can't wait to see and celebrate together.
