All decor and catering equipment is included.

  • Complete with swanky indoor and outdoor lounge areas and 3 indoor outdoor dining tables complete with french bistro and chiavari chairs.

  • Cocktail style party, 30 guests. 

  • Seated dinner, indoors 10 guests and outdoors 16 guests.

Event Rental Fees:

  • $300, hourly rate

  • $1300, discounted 5 hour rental including setup and breakdown

  • $1700, 7 hour rental including setup and breakdown

  • $300 overtime hourly fee

 

Photoshoot Rental Fees:

​

  • $1700, 8 hour full day rate

  • $900, 4 hour half day rate

  • $300, 1 hour rate
