Where do I begin…
Via Gelato’s cart for a post dinner delish dessert is the uber hit of the wedding.
The bride’s favorite chocolate – the Barcelona Bar by Vosges – has been whipped right up by artisinal gelato masters Denise and Ron into a fabulous feature flavor "Mr and Mrs Mix" with chocolate, bacon and sea salt.
Everyone loves it! I was skeptical, at first bite, but totally agree its delicious.
Also on tonight’s blackboard menu – merlot chocolate, peanut butter chocolate (my favorite), coffee, and champagne lemon and pomegranate blueberry sorbet.
